Ozempic (semaglutide injection) 2mg/0.75 ml is a prescription medication used to treat type 2 diabetes. How to use Ozempic (Semaglutide Injection) 2mg/0.75 ml:

1. Before using Ozempic, make sure to carefully read the medication guide and follow the instructions provided by your doctor.

2. Ozempic is usually injected once a week at the same time each week. Choose a day of the week that works best for you and try to stick to the same time to ensure consistent dosing.

3. To use Ozempic, prepare the injection by attaching the needle to the pen. Follow the instructions provided in the medication guide on how to attach the needle properly.

4. Choose a site for injection on your abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Clean the injection site with an alcohol wipe and let it dry.

5. Hold the pen with the needle pointing up and tap it gently to move any air bubbles to the top. Then, press the injection button to remove the air and make sure a drop of medication appears at the tip of the needle.

6. Pinch the skin at the injection site and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle. Slowly press the injection button down until it stops.

7. Keep the needle in your skin and count to 10 before removing it. This helps ensure that you receive the full dose.

8. After injection, press a clean cotton ball or gauze firmly on the injection site for a few seconds. You may experience some slight bleeding or bruising, which is normal.

9. Dispose of the used needle in a sharps container immediately after use. Do not throw it in the household trash.

10. Ozempic can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator (do not freeze). If storing in the refrigerator, let it come to room temperature before use.

11. Do not mix Ozempic with any other medication or insulin. Also, do not share your pen or needles with anyone else.

12. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses at the same time.
